views, set back off a quiet back road leading up to the ancient village of Grimaud just 4 minutes

villa. This floor also contains kitchen and

Descriptive Walkthrough
Upon
arrival you will find ample parking for 10 or more cars in the private
driveway.
On
entering this delightful villa you will find yourself in the airy,
spacious lounge with French windows opening onto the balcony, spanning
the villa's length.
Tastefully
decorated and furnished, it contains a large wood burning fire [for winter rentals]
and French satellite television, DVD player and stereo. A selection of DVD's can be made available if needed.
From here, steps take you down into the dining room, with a
window giving out over the garden.To
the right of the main door is the fitted kitchen, fully equipped with
fridge/freezer, dishwasher and oven with 4 electric hobs, there is also
a large work surface, from here the view is of the front terrace,
which has two seating areas, one of which is shaded by maple trees.
Turn left at the main door and the hallway leads down first to
the cloakroom and guest toilet then further onto the superb master
suite, consisting of a large double bedroom with a glorious view of the
pool and gardens, en-suite bathroom with vanity unit, bath, toilet, sink
and separate shower and a private sitting room with sofa and chairs
which form extra beds, if required. Just outside the master suite there
are substantial built in wardrobes.
From
here, the marble staircase leads you down into the games room, with
billiard table, bar and sink.
There is also a laundry area with washing machine and tumble
dryer.You will find
another toilet and 3 double bedrooms to your right, each with their own
shower room, consisting of sink, shower and vanity unit, they all have
plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space.
Bedroom 1 and 2 and the games room have doors leading to the pool
area and gardens.
To
the left of the games room there is a twin bedded room with its own
shower room, consisting of sink, shower and vanity unit.
This room has doors opening onto its own private patio with table
and chairs.
The garden is
immaculate with a large grass area for children to play on whilst being
in full view of the adults, both from the balcony and the pool area.
The garden is extensive and in various areas you will find a
full size table tennis table, petanque area and garden chess board.
The
pool area is truly spectacular, the large, kidney shaped pool has
gentle slope into the water. It
also has a Jacuzzi resting amongst an array of shrubs and palms, all of
which make the surroundings idyllic.
On
the adjacent terrace there is a pool house with a fully
equipped kitchen, bar, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave,
dishwasher, 2 hobs and a BBQ.There
are sun beds and a shaded dining table which seats 10 to 12.
Located at the bottom, through the locked gates there are tennis
courts (Shared).
Baby facilities are available on request.
All linen and towels are provided,electricity and water are also including in the price. Beach
towels may be provided on request.
